Think you’ve got what it takes to be crowned a slider-eating champion? Join us for the Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers 2025 Summer Slider Eating Competition—an event that’s not for the faint of heart (or stomach)! ONLY 10 ENTRIES AVAILABLE PER LOCATION

On Saturday, June 21, all Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers locations will host an amateur-only preliminary round where competitors will battle to eat 20 cheeseburger sliders in 10 minutes or less. The winner of each location will move on to the Championship Round at the Scottsdale 4th of July Celebration at Westworld!

All Registered Contestants Receive:

Important Registration Info: Please complete a separate order for each participant. If you’re registering multiple people (yourself and friends), you can do it for them in seperate orders, but enter their details. Each person must be registered in their own individual order.

*The Texas winner will receive complimentary travel (for 2) and accommodations (1 room, double occupancy) from July 3 through July 5, along with a $400 total expense allowance to compete in the 4th of July finals in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Description

Contest Rules

  1. Entries will be limited to the first 10 non-professional eating contestants registered at each Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers location.
  2. No professional eaters are allowed to participate.
  3. Contestants may only sign up at one location.
  4. Contestants must be at least 18 years of age.
  5. All contestants must be checked in and waivers signed at their respective Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers location by 2:30 PM on Saturday, June 21, 2025. The contest begins at 3 PM.
  6. The objective is to eat as many cheeseburger sliders as possible, with water as the only beverage (provided to all contestants).
  7. Each contestant will be given 20 cheeseburger sliders to start, and the allotted time is 10 minutes. The first, second, and third-place finishers will be determined by who finishes their sliders the fastest.
  8. Dunking in au jus and/or crunching the slider is allowed.
  9. Separating the burger from the bun to eat them individually is allowed.
  10. Contestants must eat everything on the cheeseburger slider, including the bun, cheese, meat patty, and caramelized onions. No substitutions.
  11. Contestants must not touch any cheeseburger slider until the starting signal.
  12. The winner will be determined by whomever has eaten the most cheeseburger sliders the fastest within the allotted time.
  13. The judges will determine the winner of the contest, not the participants, and the judges’ decision will be final.
  14. Any contestant caught breaking any of the above rules will be disqualified.
